Property Advocacy, Project Support & Funding

The government’s first offer may not reflect the full value of what you’re giving up.

When a public project acquires part of your property, the value involved may extend far beyond the land shown on the acquisition map. Access, parking, visibility, development potential, business operations, and the usefulness of the remaining property may all contribute to the property’s overall value.

Full Measure Property Group works alongside qualifying property owners to investigate proposed government acquisitions, identify the full value involved, coordinate qualified professionals, fund approved project-related expenses, and support the pursuit of additional compensation.

No upfront fee for accepted matters. We participate only under a written agreement and receive an agreed share of the additional compensation obtained.

Received a letter or call from us?

We contacted you because public information indicates that your property may be affected.

Full Measure Property Group reviews publicly available project plans, government agendas, right-of-way documents, assessor records, and acquisition materials to identify properties that may be located within or near proposed public projects.

We are a private company. We are not affiliated with the government agency planning the project. Our purpose is to help property owners independently investigate the project’s effect before accepting an offer or signing acquisition documents.

The value involved may extend beyond the land acquired

A partial acquisition can involve more value than the government’s map may show.

The government’s initial valuation may focus primarily on the land or easement it proposes to acquire. A complete evaluation should also consider how the project may affect the use, potential, and market value of the property that remains.

  • 01

    Value of the Property Acquired

The value of the land, improvements, fixtures, easements, and other property rights the government proposes to acquire.

  • 02

    Value of the Remaining Property

A partial acquisition may change the usefulness, desirability, development potential, or market value of the property that remains.

  • 03

    Access and Circulation Value

Access, driveway configuration, traffic movement, and circulation may be important components of a property’s usefulness and overall value.

  • 04

    Parking and Functional Value

Parking, loading areas, landscaping, setbacks, and usable space may contribute substantially to how a property operates and what it is worth.

  • 05

    Development and Future-Use Value

The property’s value may include development, subdivision, expansion, density, or redevelopment potential that is not obvious from its present use.

  • 06

    Business and Location Value

Visibility, customer access, tenant use, location advantages, and property configuration may contribute to the value associated with a commercial property.

The relevant sources of value depend on the property, project, applicable law, professional evaluations, and individual circumstances. Not every consideration is compensable in every matter.

How Full Measure helps

The resources to identify and pursue your property's full value.

  1. 01

    Investigate the Project

We review available plans, acquisition maps, assessor information, government correspondence, appraisals, and offers.

  2. 02

    Identify the Full Value Involved

We look at the value across the entire property—use, access, potential, and the remaining land—not simply the portion the government proposes to acquire.

  3. 03

    Assemble the Right Team

For accepted matters, we help coordinate independent appraisers, engineers, planners, brokers, consultants, and attorneys appropriate for the property and project.

  4. 04

    Fund Approved Expenses

We support the project and fund approved professional and project-related expenses so the owner does not have to personally finance an independent valuation.

Easement corridors, drainage systems, and interchange work often involve far more of a parcel’s value than the acquisition area shown on the plan sheet.

A partnership built around your property

We invest alongside you in pursuing a better outcome.

When we accept a matter, we work alongside the property owner to identify and support the full value of the claim. You bring your knowledge of the property, how it functions, and what makes it valuable. We bring project support, professional resources, and funding for an independent evaluation.

Together, we assemble a team suited to the particular property and project—which may include appraisers, engineers, land-use professionals, consultants, and independently retained attorneys. Our shared objective is to pursue compensation that recognizes the full value involved—not merely the portion most easily measured by the government.

You remain directly involved throughout the process. Our role is to provide the support and resources needed to build a complete, independently supported valuation.

  1. Your property knowledge

    You know the property.

You understand your property, how it functions, and what makes it valuable.

  2. Our support and resources

    We bring the resources.

We help investigate the project, coordinate qualified professionals, and fund approved project-related costs for accepted matters.

  3. A shared objective

    We pursue it together.

Together, we work to identify the full value involved and pursue compensation that reflects more than the government’s initial assessment.

Our interests are aligned: we succeed by helping property owners obtain additional value beyond the government’s initial offer.

For accepted matters, there is no upfront fee. Full Measure Property Group provides project support and may fund approved professional and project-related costs. In return, Full Measure participates in an agreed portion of any additional compensation obtained above the government’s initial written offer. The specific terms are explained clearly before the property owner decides whether to move forward.

There is no obligation to move forward after the initial property review. A partnership begins only if the owner understands the opportunity and decides that working together makes sense.
